Changes to our check-in process
We recommend booking your accommodation ahead of your arrival.
We will send you an email with your room allocation details and check-in instructions for our contactless check-in. Other than some corporate bookings where and arrangement is in place to charge a company credit card, we take credit card payment together with full contact details at the time of booking.
If you would like a continental breakfast supplied to the room, we would ask that you place your order ahead of your arrival and we will prepare your breakfast tray and drop into your room before your arrival.

Important Note regarding Indoor Pool & Spa Area
Current State Government COVID Directions require that public swimming pools must be supervised by a COVID Marshal at all times when in use by the public. As we are not able to dedicate a staff member to this role, we are unable to open the indoor pool and spa area at this time.
Assistance during your stay
If you require anything during your stay, please contact us via the bedside telephone in your room. Simply pickup the handset and press ‘Reception’.
In rare situations, we may be required to leave the property. If we are expecting to be away for an extended period of time, we will leave a mobile contact number posted outside the Reception door.
We are preparing meals dine-in and takeaway meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings (excluding public holidays).
Seating is limited under current COVID rescritions. If you wish to dine in, we recommend booking ahead.
