Casual Food & Beverage Attendant
Food and beverage attendant required for immediate start.
Jumbucks Restaurant, an intimate, well reviewed restaurant onsite at Burra Motor Inn, is centrally located in Burra. Working hours will consist of primarily three late afternoon/evening shifts per week on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays with occasional breakfast shifts for tour groups and the odd special occasion.
Successful applicant will be well presented, energetic & reliable, and have an eye for detail, good literacy & numeracy skills, and experience in customer service, cash handling and with computers. Skills and experience in table service, mixing drinks and operating modern POS systems are an advantage. While primarily working front of house, the position will also involve some back of house duties assisting with food preparation, using commercial equipment, washing dishes, and general cleaning and sanitising.
RSA Certificate required, ideally successful candidate will also have their RP badge and have completed food safety, COVID Marshal, and safe work practices training.
