Do you offer long-stay rates for 7+ nights?
In many cases, longer stays may be eligible for different rate options depending on dates, room type, and guest numbers. When you check rates and availability, you’ll see any applicable specials automatically, including discounted rates for 4 or more consecutive nights. If you’re booking for work, a crew, or an extended stay and have specific requirements, please contact us.

How many rooms do you have?
We have 20 rooms, each featuring a king or queen-sized bed with various bedding configurations to suit solo travellers, couples, families, and business guests.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2 pm, check-out is by 10 am. If you are arriving late, please refer to the check-in instructions we emailed to you when your booking was processed.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free off-street parking is available in front of most rooms for standard vehicles. We also have options for vehicles towing trailers or campervans, and nearby roadside spaces for heavy vehicles. You can view our full Parking Guide for a map and detailed information.
Can you accommodate trucks, vans, or large vehicles?
Yes, we can accommodate larger vehicles such as trucks, vans, and trailers. Please visit our helpful Parking Guide, or contact us before arrival so we can recommend the most suitable space or parking area for your vehicle.

What in-room facilities are provided?
Every room includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and basic tea & coffee facilities (cups & saucers, mugs, and teaspoons). If you need other crockery or cutlery, please contact Reception.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, all rooms have an en suite bathroom.
Is breakfast available?
We don’t operate a breakfast service. With the in-room facilities you can self-cater, and local cafés are a short walk away. Every guest receives an email before arrival with a detailed list of Burra’s dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including up-to-date opening hours and contact details.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
We don’t have a dedicated EV charger. The nearest EV charging station, only 600m from Burra Motor Inn, can be found at the Burra EV charging station.
Do you have a pool or spa?
The pool and spa area is currently closed for repairs.
Is there a BBQ?
There is no on-site BBQ. Public BBQs are available next door in the skate park, at the end of the footbridge in Picket’s Reserve, and near the Community Garden on Bridge Street.
Do you accept pets?
No, we are strictly a no-pets property.
How do I reach Reception?
Pick up the bedside telephone and press “Reception”, call us directly, or use the intercom button. If we are offsite, a mobile number will be posted outside Reception and is included together with your check-in instructions.
