Are you wondering what happens if you need to cancel your booking?
When you reserve a room at Burra Motor Inn, we are holding that room for you. This means that we cannot offer that room to anyone else. Should you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible. The earlier you tell us, the more chance there is that we can resell the room for you.
If we are able to resell your room after you cancel, we may be able to offset the cancellation fee with a goodwill credit. In this case, we will transfer the credit to a Gift Certificate so that you can use it towards a future booking at Burra Motor Inn or in Jumbucks Restaurant.
